Our thoughts are with you for a safe return to your families. To those who have requested it, we have been in touch with your families and shall stay in touch. Support our Australian Troops
The Department of Defence has set up a 24-hour email and free call fax service (1800 643 938) to provide members of the public with the facility to send their messages.
The Department of Defence will collate all messages and send them in hard copy form to personnel serving away from home. Messages should be no longer than one page in length and should be of a general nature. Please note that this facility is not designed to forward messages of support to individual service men and women as other arrangements have been put in place for family members and friends.
Please Note: Some messages to the Troops may be selected for publication in Service Newspapers.
