Jan Maher is the Managing Director of Jan Maher and Associates, incorporating Elegant Web Design, Executive Women's Network, Jan Maher's Landscape and Interior Design. Jan is also a well known speaker for many Companies and Non-Profit groups and organisations, plus has lectured at the Royal Melbourne University for the Royal Horticultural Society.

Jan is a Life Governor for the Deaf-Blind Association, Founder of the Red-Rose Group, Patron on Convoy For Kids Inc, Patron Convoy For Kids Fraser Coast, Patron for Ride-4-Kids, Founder and Chairperson of the Golden-Girls, LM of the Variety Club International, plus a Committee Member-Sponsor and Supporter of many other Charities and Volunteer Organisations. She is also a Member of the 'Old Channel Nine Girls - the 'Channel Niners', the Limelighters, Variety International, Para-Quad Association, Kidney Foundation and Keep Australia Beautiful Council.

Jan creates the web designs, working with her clients to enhance their business.

Mike is an Ex-League (Richmond Football Club) Aussie Rules Footballer and a very well known professional photographer with many years experience including the media.

Gary is an ex Channel Nine technician, and leads the technical side of EWDesign. Gary also worked internationally spending a number of years in Sweden as a ski instructor, plus some computer work.
He has been based back in Australia for many years, and joined the Elegant Web Design Team in 2000, becoming a valuable assett for the team.
