	It is a 'SHAME' that Webmaster's even have to consider this, however it has been suggested that we join other webmasters worldwide who put up a 'SHAME LIST' of websites abusing the Copyright© Laws, and add a List to our sites.

If you don't want YOUR website added here, simply REMOVE ANY CONTENT WHICH IS ILLEGALLY ON YOUR SITE NOW. Some of you may not realise that 'using, borrowing, lifting' content from another site without permission IS illegal. That is no excuse, so I am simply informing you of all Copyright© Rights. When you design your own content, you will understand the hours of work put into personally building a good website. You can always get help with designing your website.

Copyright laws are international with limitations. With the establishment of the Berne Convention and the World International Copyright Organization (WIPO), and the Universal Copyright Convention (UCC), Copyright treaties were written to define international elements of copyright protection. The United States became a member of the Berne Convention in 1989 joining most of Western Europe, Canada, Mexico, Japan, and Australia. Therein was established a "principle of national treatment" granting broad International Copyright Protection to the citizens of the participating countries.
